I’m thankful to our Heavenly Father for the opportunity to join this special event organised by PJEFC. As a seminary student, it was a valuable experience of spiritual learning, growth, and renewal. From the pulpit messages to the games, lunches and workshops, every part left a lasting impression on me.
What impacted me the most was undoubtedly the training conducted by Pr Albert Chai, the speaker of the workshop I attended. I learned that as a seminary student preparing to become a pastor, it is not enough for us to obey God — we must also help others to obey God. We are to let the love and kingship of Jesus Christ draw and influence the congregation to Him. That is why it is important to equip ourselves. Pr Chai shared that Foundation + Direction + Action = Becoming an influencer for Christ.
Everyone has value—not because of external factors, but because of how God has designed us to live our lives. It is through Jesus that we enter into a relationship with God, and it is Christ who gives us our worth.
This reminded me again: Today, I don’t study just to get good grades; I don’t pray just to solve my immediate problems; I don’t read the Bible as a routine like eating. Rather, I need to truly understand what God’s plan is for my life. I am someone the Lord wants to use. I do not rely on my actions, talents, or abilities, but on the deep presence and guidance of God.
Another lesson I learned is that when our gaze is fixed only on what’s in front of us, we can’t persevere. Only when we lift our eyes and turn them towards God can we see His long-term purpose for our lives and realise that everything is in His control. God loves us and will surely give us sufficient grace to overcome whatever challenges we face.
Thanks be to God, and thanks to PJEFC for organising this conference. May more brothers and sisters participate in the church’s various activities because they will surely be blessed.

感恩天父这次能参与到教会举办的特会课程，对身为神学生的我是一次属灵 学习成长和灵命更新的宝贵经历。无论是讲台信息，游戏互动还是属灵领袖的培训课程，每一个环节都让我记忆犹新。
令我印象最深刻的莫过于属灵领袖的培训课程，给到我非常深刻的提醒。今天作为神学生，预备将来做主的工人，教会的牧者。我们不单单是自己顺服神，摆上自己，我们也需要帮助人来顺服神。让耶稣基督的爱和王权吸引影响会众。那今天我们的装备就非常重要。老师提到：根基加上方向加上行动等于价值非凡具有影响力的装备。每一个人都有价值，不是外在的。而是根据神对我们的设计活出生命，透过耶稣进入与神的关系，是基督赋予我们价值。这也是提醒我：今天我的学习不是为了拿高分；祷告不是为了解决自己眼前的问题；读经操练也不应该只是像吃饭一样机械式地打卡。而是真实明白神对我人生的计划是什么？我是被主所使用的。我们不是靠着那些行为、才干和能力，而是靠深深的同在和引导。
课程中，自己亲身体验的小实验。当眼光看着眼前，是没办法坚持下去的。只有眼光抬头转向神，看到神对你们生命中那长远的目标。你就知道一切都在主的掌握之中，主爱我们必定给我们够用的恩典得以胜过。
