Truly it is the company that matters. As cliché as this may sound, our recent teachers retreat was amazing!

Our staff outing on the morning of January 27 started on a fun note as we chatted and laughed along the way to Gamuda Gardens.

What are my takeaways from this mission trip? Well, it has definitely strengthened my commitment to God.

This was my first overseas mission trip in my 44 years of Christian faith though I had done some local Orang Asli ministry in the past.

The weather and environment were really tough, but it was a great lesson in perseverance, with the Lord’s enabling and encouragement from the other team members.

And of course, the day wouldn’t have been complete without the games! The Sotong Games were very creative, fun, and surprisingly meaningful.
