Parents are encouraged to stay nearby if your child needs support, especially younger ones. You’re invited to join us in the Main Sanctuary for worship service!

The event is fully supervised, and parents are not required to stay.
Yes! Nutritious snacks and meals will be provided. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs during registration.
We will provide breakfast, lunch, and tea for both days.
We’ll send a full packing list closer to the date!
Our team includes trained children’s ministry volunteers, all of whom are screened and experienced in working with children.
We understand that some children feel more comfortable with a familiar face, and we will do our best to consider such requests. However, team placements are also based on age, group balance, and activity needs. While we’ll try to accommodate some requests, we may not be able to fulfill them all. Thank you for your understanding!
