Worship Pastor
Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pastoral care, leadership, and mentorship to the Worship ministry team
  • Oversee Sunday worship operations
  • Support non-Sunday-related gatherings

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a worship related position
  • Theological training
  • Music and/or AV experience is an advantage

Youth Ministry Worker/Pastor
Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide spiritual guidance and pastoral care for the Youth ministry
  • Oversee Youth ministry programs to ensure alignment with church goals
  • Develop and mentor leaders within the Youth ministry
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of Youth ministry activities
  • Plan and implement effective succession strategies for ministry continuity

Basic Requirements

  • Experience interacting and working with Youth
  • Work well with a team

Community Transformation Ministry Worker
Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of Community Transformation (CT) (e.g. Sports, Welfare, Foodbank) to align with the church’s vision
  • Ensure effective leadership and successful execution of CT programs
  • Foster collaboration with community partners
  • Mobilize and coordinate volunteers to support CT initiatives
  • Maintain efficient administration within CT operations
  • Continuously assess and enhance CT’s impact on the community

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a CT related position
  • Working knowledge in languages besides English and Bahasa Malaysia would be an advantage

Finance Manager
Full-time

Basic Requirements

  • Responsible for the financial management of our church entities
  • Provide regular financial reports & budgets
  • Human resource management & administration
