Many people use the word “sadness” and “depression” interchangeably to describe their own experiences and/or someone else’s experiences when things are not too bright. In reality, there are many differences in a person who is “sad” compared to someone who is “depressed”. This session attempts to clarify these differences and other misconceptions regarding “Depression”.
