A time set aside to dive deep into the book of Revelation.
Synopsis
In this seminar, we will cover a brief overview on the book of Revelation with a focus on its structure and the use of the number 7. We will spotlight the middle section of Revelation, especially the events of the last three and a half years before the dawn of the kingdom of God (Rev 11:1-14:5). The Saturday’s seminar continues on to Sunday with a final hour on the final things in Revelation, namely, the 1,000-year kingdom, General Resurrection & Final Judgement and the New Jerusalem of Rev 20-22.

Speaker
Pastor Dr Tony Siew holds a PhD in Biblical Studies from Otago University, New Zealand and published his revised dissertation on the book of Revelation with T & T Clark (London & New York, 2005). He is a Sabahan and has served with Sidang Injil Borneo (SIB) as a full-time worker since 1994, in which he dedicated 6 years in Singapore as a lecturer in New Testament at the Trinity Theological College. Recently, he joined Sabah Theological Seminary, Kota Kinabalu as a full-time faculty member, and he teaches Biblical Studies. He is keen to supervise post-graduate students in both OT and NT studies (Malay and English).
